OrigenAE HTPC features 1080p LCD
Most of modern HTPCs feature built-in VDF of LCD display. It displays useful information and it gives a possibility to embed IR port there to avoid using an external one. But OrigenAE, well known producer of cases for HTPC, decided to hit HTPC fans with S21T which includes 12.1-inch motorized touchable LCD that touts an 1920 x 1080 resolution, and just might beat out the actual TV sets this beast will end up connected to. The rest features are:
- one piece 5mm aluminium front & sides
- 1 x 120mm exhaust fan (pre-installed)
- 2 x 90mm intake fan (pre-installed)
- 1 x 120mm optional extractor module
- front media bay, USB hub, audio & firewire
- matched optical drive bezel
- removable motherboard tray
- rubber isolation hard drive screws
- optional MCE & IR Trans module
- support for up to 10 hard drives
I have no idea what is an advantage of this case but I suspect that the price should be extremely hight! So, if you find some reasonable solution for your HTPC S21T is definitely not right choice.
