Freescale ZigBee automation system

CITYGROW's home automation system

Freescale, leading producer ZigBee chips, announced its home automation system – CITYGROW. Sure it uses ZigBee wireless technology to communicate with devices. As I understand the system will able to control lighting and other consumer electronic products. Dimmers, switches and wall outlets have replaceable skins. So, you can find appropriate one to fit your home interior. To control devices in the CITYGROW you can use ordinary remote control with hard keys or moder one with touch screen.

No more words about price or availability. Moreover, I didn’t find any information about the CITYGROW at Freescale web site.

Thanks Karl for your link. There are many ZigBee products. It seems that technology is very popular in Spain.
